The place was pleasant and had excellent staff with the manager over there, appreciated the stay. The breakfast was free with a wonderful view of the bay, omelets made to order plus omelet station, worth the price. The hotel was in an amazing location close enough to $ 150 per night, which is an old Fairfield Inn adjacent to the property that is now under the ownership of the Bar Harbor Regency...

A suite with 2 double beds and a balcony stood out as the highlight, situated in an enjoyable area near a main shopping center and a market.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, the staff were all welcoming and courteous and the location was stunning right on Bay. I liked the fantastic rooms with particularly nice views. Amazing breakfast with variety of meals.

The breakfast here is pretty good, with lots of options to choose from. The staff are on top of keeping everything stocked and fairly tidy. 🌟 The manager and the rest of the team are really exceptional.

There are only 2 things I liked about this place, how close it was to the entrance to Acadia Natl Park and the view of the ocean.

So much to say, not enough key strokes to say it. It is supposed to be a "Resort", not so, the lobby looks like a resort, but that's it! Room was so, so..food in Restaurant was over priced. We payed over $250/nite for our room..NO Breakfast included. Laundry, 2 washers did not work, detergent machine out of order, change machine worked sometimes...workout room looked like it had not been vacuumed for weeks. We stayed 3 nites and not once did I see any of the hallways vacuumed. We had issues getting packets of coffee for our in room coffee maker, we were told they were out, then when I pushed the issue, they miraculously appeared at our room. Hampton is much better!

When we visit Bar Harbor, we always stay at this hotel. It's popular, clean, and offers nice views of the harbor. The location is secluded, and you can easily walk to a market and gift stores. The staff, including the manager, are very friendly and welcoming.

The pros were the staff was wonderful the grounds very nice!

The Cons were we stayed in the Proctor section and we had to change our room it was not satisfactory at all. We changed to the main hotel and it was average for the cost high for that room, we moved to another hotel downtown an affiliate West Street Hotel! It was amazing it was newer and so accommodating when we changed...the rest of our stay was beyond satisfying!

The staff was well experienced and responded promptly to requests. The room was pet-friendly and extremely pleasant. We really enjoyed its central location. The breakfast was large and savory, with a lot of excellent food. We had a very good stay here while on vacation.

Stewman's Restaurant was GREAT! Room view w/ Balcony was very pleasant.

Hotel had just opened for the season the day we arrived. Main Resstaurant was not open, Staff was still learning jobs. There was no amenities book in the room. Never did find the Sauna. Hot tub was 100 yds from room and way outside.

this place is pretty good. It's clean and has a unique style with all the stuff you need. The staff are amazing, especially the super friendly Bulgarian porter. 👍
